Read our code of ethics
Every expert working on the veyme platform commits to abiding by the following code of ethics and to carrying out their work with honesty and integrity. This code of ethics has been developed to ensure that clients are aware of the principles that govern veyme.
1. Obligation to Provide Resources
Every expert has an obligation to provide resources (to utilize their knowledge, talents, and experience).
Every expert undertakes to perform their work in an honest, compassionate, and moral manner.
In the field of divination, the obligation to provide resources prohibits experts from making claims of certainty, guaranteeing the occurrence of specific events, or the accuracy of their predictions.
Clients consult with full knowledge of the facts and disclaim any guarantees regarding the potential results of the consultation.
2. Minors
All Veyme experts undertake not to provide consultations to persons under 18 years of age or those lacking full legal capacity.
3. Occult Practices
All experts undertake not to perform any occult practices at Veyme or elsewhere (including the removal of spells, sorcery, black magic, white magic, exorcisms, etc.), either for a fee or in any other form.
4. Consultations Related to Religion or Finance
All experts are prohibited from engaging in any religious propaganda or from using religious motifs or symbols to impress or influence clients.
All experts are prohibited from promising financial benefits, particularly to encourage clients to continue their consultations.
5. Deceptive Practices
Every expert undertakes to respect the free will of their clients and refrains from exerting any influence on them, particularly by persuading clients to return for any reason.
Every expert is prohibited from exploiting the naivety or gullibility of vulnerable individuals, or from taking advantage of or exploiting the weakness, loneliness, or emotional situation of lonely, elderly, infirm, sick, or disabled individuals.
6. Client Dependence
In principle, no expert will encourage a client to engage in excessive consultations.
On the contrary, they emphasize the importance of moderation if a client is to regularly consult. Any expert will refuse a consultation if there are any signs of addiction.
A client may request termination of their account at any time by sending an email, if necessary.
7. Relationships between Experts and Clients
All experts are prohibited from establishing intimate relationships with clients. Consultations must be limited to strictly professional purposes, under penalty of permanent termination of their account on the portal. All experts are prohibited from asking for a client's name.
All experts commit to respecting the free will of their clients and supporting them to the best of their ability in their personal journey, without exerting any influence on them.
All experts commit to respectful communication with clients.
8. Consultation Tools
All experts commit to clearly informing clients about the use of any aids or tools during the consultation (cards, pendulums, software, or other).
9. Illegal Medical Practice
All experts are prohibited from making health prognoses, making medical diagnoses, or announcing deaths. Under no circumstances may an expert advise a client to forgo treatment or diagnosis.
10. Professional Confidentiality/Confidentiality
All experts are prohibited from disclosing client information to third parties, including other experts.
All experts are prohibited from disclosing the content of consultations, as well as clients' private and personal information.
All experts are prohibited from recording conversations with clients without their knowledge.
All experts are obligated to maintain professional confidentiality and strictly professional relationships with clients.
11. Customer Attracting
All experts are prohibited from using veyme to acquire clients to support secrecy, religious organizations, or for personal gain.
All experts are prohibited from sharing their phone number, email address, or any other contact information (phone, email address, website, etc.) during client consultations or displaying it on their profile, or from directly requesting phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information from clients.
